Failure to provide documentation may result in immediate cancellation.
4. Health Requirements
Dogs may not ride if they are experiencing: vomiting, diarrhea, fever, contagious illness, fleas, ticks, open wounds, respiratory illness, or any condition that could endanger other dogs.
Company reserves the sole right to refuse transportation for health concerns.

The following behaviors may result in immediate removal from service: aggression, excessive barking, lunging, snapping, biting, resource guarding, fighting, escaping restraints, repeated disruption, threatening staff or other dogs.
Company has sole discretion in determining whether a dog's behavior presents a safety concern.
6. Aggressive Behavior Policy
If, at any point before, during, or after pickup, Company determines that a dog is displaying aggressive, unsafe, fearful, reactive, or otherwise unsuitable behavior, Company may: refuse transportation, end transportation immediately, return the dog to the Owner, require immediate pickup, or permanently remove the dog from future services.
The Company's decision is final.
No refunds, credits, or rescheduled rides will be provided for transportation denied or ended due to behavior.
7. Right to Refuse Service
Company reserves the right to refuse service at any time for reasons including but not limited to: aggression, unsafe behavior, illness, failure to follow policies, incomplete paperwork, unsafe pickup conditions, weather, mechanical issues, or staff safety concerns.
8. Transportation Risks
Owner understands that transportation with other dogs carries inherent risks, including but not limited to: scratches, minor cuts, dog-to-dog interactions, motion sickness, anxiety, stress, injury, escape attempts, illness, and death in rare circumstances.
Owner voluntarily accepts all risks associated with participation.
9. Assumption of Risk
Owner voluntarily assumes all known and unknown risks associated with dog transportation.
Owner understands no environment involving multiple animals can ever be guaranteed completely risk-free.
10. Release of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted under Ohio law, Owner releases, waives, and forever discharges Cincy Doggy Bus, its owners, employees, contractors, volunteers, agents, affiliates, successors, and assigns from any liability arising out of or related to: injury, illness, escape, death, property damage, dog fights, transportation delays, veterinary expenses, emotional distress, lost income, or claims by third parties.
This release applies whether caused by negligence or otherwise, except where prohibited by law or in cases of gross negligence or intentional misconduct.
11. Veterinary Care Authorization

All payments are non-refundable and non-transferable unless agreed upon in writing.
No refunds will be issued for: missed pickups due to Owner error, Owner cancellations, aggressive behavior, illness, removal from service, failure to comply with Company policies, late arrivals, no-shows, weather-related changes, mechanical issues requiring cancellation, or route modifications.
Company may issue credits solely at its discretion.
17. No Guarantee of Future Service
Transportation approval for one ride does not guarantee future acceptance.
Company may discontinue services at any time.
18. Damage Caused by Dog
Owner agrees to reimburse Company for damages caused by their dog, including but not limited to: vehicle damage, cleaning costs, seat damage, equipment damage, property damage, or damage caused to another client's belongings.
19. Indemnification
Owner agrees to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Cincy Doggy Bus from any claims, lawsuits, damages, attorney fees, veterinary bills, or expenses arising from: Owner's breach of this Agreement, dog bites, dog attacks, property damage, injury caused by Owner's dog, or failure to disclose medical or behavioral history.
20. Media Release
Owner grants Company permission to photograph or video the dog during transportation for promotional, educational, advertising, and social media purposes without compensation unless Owner opts out in writing before services begin.
21. Personal Property
Company is not responsible for lost, damaged, or destroyed leashes, harnesses, collars, clothing, toys, blankets, food containers, or personal belongings.
22. Intact Dog Policy
We welcome both spayed/neutered and intact dogs.
However, for the safety and comfort of all dogs, any dog displaying behavior that is disruptive, overly sexual, aggressive, or unsafe during transport or group play may be separated, returned home, or removed from group activities at our discretion.

Company reserves the right to modify, delay, shorten, reroute, or cancel transportation due to weather or road conditions.

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Ohio.
Any disputes shall be resolved in the appropriate courts located in Hamilton County, Ohio, unless otherwise required by law.
26. Severability
If any provision of this Agreement is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
27. Entire Agreement
This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between Owner and Company and supersedes all prior verbal or written understandings.
